Can you please send us the sample of the citrus fibre for the trials in peanut butter to prevent oil sepration. We want to replace the emulsifier and stabilizer in our peanut butter with this citrus fibre. Once we get the desirable results in our peanut butter we will bulk order the citrus fibre from your organisation.
